Users that get to this level are exceptionally positive users and will be able to improve the liquidity and overall experience in the premium queues. Any user that reaches an historical index of more than 1150 will be able to access premium queues.Starting today the index will also be used to give automatic access to the premium queues as well as automatic bans to toxic players. Last week we released the final changes to the FACEIT Behavioural Index and its algorithm, as well as the first actions based on the index (warnings). We don’t expect this phase to be too long. A number of performance tweaks have been already put in place during the private beta, if you have any performance issues with the AC during this phase please contact us through our support system. The focus of the team during this phase will be on improving the performance, fixing any outstanding issues and improving detections.
Detections that happen in this phase will result in a ban at the release of the client. The detection system will run normally, but no bans will be issued based on the client detections until the beta phase is over.The client will initially not be mandatory, we are going to force it to certain players during this phase, but it will be a gradual process.We plan to release the 32-bit version prior to full launch.
The current client is compatible with Windows 7 SP1, Windows 8.1 and Windows 10 64-bit.These are some of the things that will happen during this phase: During the open beta phase every FACEIT player will be allowed to download the client here.
